The successful candidate will work with the Housing Executive in Portadown, carrying out essential joinery tasks, including repairs and installations. Applicants must have completed a Joinery apprenticeship and possess relevant experience. The position offers weekly pay and participation in a pension scheme. - Successfully completed a Joinery apprenticeship.
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in a Joinery environment.
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence.
- Willing to undergo an Access NI police check.
Responsabilités
- Travel to properties and carry out joinery work.
- Repair maintenance faults and install new fixtures.
- Interpret architectural drawings and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate with other trades personnel.
