Job summary
A professional services organization is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for their Bermuda office. The role demands at least 4 years of HR advisory experience and strong communication skills to liaise with partners and employees. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD qualification and the ability to manage urgent issues outside core hours. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on high-quality service.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years' experience in an HR advisory role.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality HR advisory service to partners and employees.
- Manage urgent HR issues outside of core office hours when necessary.

Education
We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to provide an efficient, responsive, high-quality HR advisory service to partners, line managers and employees in our busy Bermuda office. Due to the time-zone difference, there will be a requirement on occasion for urgent work to be undertaken outside of core office hours.
- At least 4 years' experience in an HR advisory role
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be comfortable to engage and converse across all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with initiative and confidence
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
