Titan Recruitment is entering a major growth phase, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in transport recruitment to join our team. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership pathway with a clear, fast-track route into a management position.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing and growing a transport recruitment desk with existing clients and new business opportunities.
  • Leading by example with strong billing performance and high service standards.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior consultants to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Working closely with leadership to shape branch performance, sales activity, and delivery standards.
  • Developing client relationships, pitching services, and securing new opportunities across logistics and haulage.
  • Ensuring full compliance, accuracy, and worker onboarding standards are met.
  • Playing a key role in the branch’s future management structure.
What we’re looking for
  • Mandatory: Experience in transport / HGV recruitment (minimum 2 years).
  • A proven biller with a track record of growing client accounts.
  • Confident delivering outbound sales and negotiating rates.
  • Someone who can support, coach, and mentor junior team members.
  • Ambitious, commercially-minded, and ready to step up into a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people-first approach.
