- Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle during working hours.
Responsibilities
- Source and review healthcare professional candidates.
- Manage clients' temporary staffing needs.
- Prospect potential clients using business development techniques.
- Achieve KPI's and targets.
- Collaborate effectively within the team.
- Deliver high-quality client and candidate service.
- Maintain compliance to the highest standards.
- Coordinate shifts on a busy temp desk.
- Manage the on-call phone shared on a rota basis.
