Qualifications

• Prior experience in Skills & Employment Support advice.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct the sign-up meeting, completing all appropriate paperwork accurately.
• Provide Careers Advice & Guidance to clients.
• Manage regular reviews with clients to support them back into employment.
• Identify employment opportunities with local employers.
• Provide regular updates on client progress.
