• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in Healthcare or on a busy temps desk preferred.
• Vibrant, positive, and adaptable personality.
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Source and review healthcare professional candidates.
• Manage clients' temporary staffing needs.
• Prospect potential clients using business development techniques.
• Achieve KPI's and targets.
• Collaborate effectively within the team.
• Deliver high-quality client and candidate service.
• Maintain compliance to the highest standards.
• Coordinate shifts on a busy temp desk.
• Manage the on-call phone shared on a rota basis.
