Job Description

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
2. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
3. Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
4. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
5. Plan and conduct interviews and feedback sessions.
6. Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
7. Manage records of all candidates and clients.
8. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Recruitment Consultant' should have:

1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role (1-3 years).
3. Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.
4. Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
5. Knowledge of effective hiring practices.
