A leading care provider in Crewe is seeking a Support Worker to assist clients with complex health needs in their homes. The role involves providing personal care, medication support, and managing clinical equipment. No prior experience is necessary as training and ongoing support will be provided. The position offers flexible hours, including day and night shifts, along with holiday pay and various development opportunities through the Active Learning Hub.

We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our client's home based in Crewe.
- Day shifts available & occasional night shift (to cover sickness and annual leave)
- 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am
- Part time available
This role is to support our client in their own home which will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
