Location: Greater Manchester

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary : £32000 - £44000 (£19000 - £26500 pro rata)

Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Animal Care lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Greater Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the land-based department, delivering high-quality education and training to learners preparing for careers in the animal care industry. The role is a 0.6 - 3 days per week.

About the Role

As a member of the Animal Care team, you will plan and deliver engaging, practical and theoretical lessons across a range of animal care qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3. You will work closely with learners to develop their skills, knowledge, and confidence in caring for a wide variety of animals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and assess on animal care programmes in both classroom and practical settings.
  • Support the development and delivery of an engaging and up-to-date curriculum.
  • Track and support student progress, including preparation for assessments.
