We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a young female client with a tracheostomy. This is a daytime package that includes both clinical care and community support, including transporting the client to and from college.

Key Clinical Requirements
  • Tracheostomy care (essential)
  • Monitoring and responding to the client’s clinical needs
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Care & Support Duties
  • Providing person-centred care at home
  • Supporting the client with her daily routine
  • Driving the client from home to college and from college back home
  • Ensuring safe transfers and punctual attendance
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in tracheostomy care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Car driver (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
