The Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant you will :

  • Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication, and mobility.
  • Monitor health and wellbeing
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to customers.
  • Encourage customer independence.
  • Accompany customers to appointments and social outings.
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families.
