Job Description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Childrens Residential Home Manager for its client in Bradford. We are looking for a Registered Manager for Rowan House a Childrens Residential Home dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed team and ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance.


As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people.


What will your responsibilities be


  • Oversee the daily running of Rowan House ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Lead and manage a team of residential care staff providing supervision guidance and support.

  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs ensuring the voice of the child is central to all decisions.

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and promote a culture of safety and well-being.

  • Manage budgets resources and ensure efficient operational delivery.

  • Build strong relationships with families professionals and partner agencies to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (Residential Management Pathway)

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • Post-qualified experience in residential childcare management
