Job summary
A leading accountancy recruitment firm in Slough is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join their team. The role focuses on 80% audit and 20% accounts management, working with a diverse portfolio of clients. Ideally, candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified and have relevant post-qualification experience. This position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 along with a hybrid working model and opportunities for personal development.

- The role will be split across 80% Audit and 20% Accounts
- You will be working across a mixed portfolio of OMBs and SMEs with turnovers ranging around £50m
- Working alongside the Partners to plan assignments and lead some of the largest and most complex audits
- Plan, deliver and supervise audit and accounts assignments
- Monitor your chargeability and your assignment budgets proactively
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
- Delegate and supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work
- You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience
- You will have experience in managing your own portfolio
- Experience of working within a UK accountancy firm
- A good management rapport to mentor the audit team
