The Head of Business Development is a key member of the company’s global Business Development (BD) team whose primary mission is to fuel the growth of PLEXSYS as a global company, with a sharp focus on the UK, Middle East and Africa regions (“the region”), this person is responsible for the development and execution of BD strategies and plans across the region, creating new opportunities and fostering growth in existing markets.
You will drive the growth of the Company’s business model in the region to achieve our goal to scale our business interests internationally. You are fully responsible for developing productive strategic alliances and shaping major opportunity captures to produce positive business results. You will leverage your knowledge and experience in market competitiveness, pricing, marketing, and channel strategy to develop qualified leads that produce profitable sales.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Due to the nature of elements of the role, applicantsmust be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
