Job summary

A local design firm in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a CAD Technician to join their customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple design projects, liaise with customers, and produce accurate CAD drawings using AutoCAD or 2D CAD software. A competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £35,000 is offered, with a review after 6 months. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD or 2D CAD software.
  • Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers to agree on design details.
  • Prepare and revise CAD layout drawings.
  • Prepare production documentation.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects.
