Join a fast-paced team in Beenham maintaining a diverse fleet of HGVs and trailers. We are looking for skilled HGV Technicians / HGV Mechanics / HGV Fitters to carry out inspections, repairs, and MOTs while developing your career with ongoing training and competitive pay.
Location: Beenham, near Reading RG7
Salary: Competitive with bonus scheme
Hours: 44.75 hours per week, Mon-Fri 7am-4.30pm, plus alternate Sat mornings 7am-11.30am
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

- Inspect, service, repair and prepare HGVs and trailers for MOT
- Diagnose faults on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Complete paperwork and job sheets accurately
- Provide roadside support as required
- Adhere to health & safety regulations
- Mentor and support apprentice technicians
- Flexible working to cover other depots as needed
- Essential
- City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in HGV maintenance or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desirable
- HGV Class 2 licence with CPC card and digital tachograph
- Experience with manufacturer diagnostic systems
- Mentoring or training experience
