Job summary

An educational technology group in Sidcup is seeking a friendly IT Field Technician to join their team. Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of IT experience or equivalent training.
  • Comfortable with setting up devices and resetting passwords.
  • Eager to learn about networks, cloud systems, and hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line IT support across schools.
  • Set up new devices and manage user accounts.
  • Maintain laptops, projectors, printers, and networks.
  • Log and manage IT helpdesk tickets.
  • Assist with system updates and new software rollouts.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure smooth operations.
