Job summary
A leading energy solutions company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Readiness Training Developer to design and develop training materials for a large-scale transformation programme involving Salesforce. The role will focus on creating software simulations and e-learning modules tailored for end users to ensure effective learning and readiness. Collaborating closely with the training team, the developer will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training content within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing training materials for end users.
- Strong skills in creating e-learning modules and software simulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training material for end users within a large-scale transformation programme.
- Create software simulations and e-learning modules to support end-user learning.
- Develop process documentation and training briefing packs as required.
- Collaborate with the Business Readiness Training Team to ensure timely delivery of training content.
