  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audit queries.
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany accounts.
  • Drive improvement of accounting processes and enhance internal controls.
  • Support user acceptance testing during software implementation.
  • Perform month-end close activities as required.
  • Partner with the wider business to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial results.

About the opportunity

An award-winning mixed-use property developer is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their residential finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This organisation is renowned for delivering one of Europe\'s most significant regeneration projects in North West London, creating thousands of homes alongside retail, office and cultural spaces.

The neighbourhood was recently named one of the "best places to live in 2025" and represents the UK's largest single-site Build to Rent development. The finance team currently manages a portfolio of over 3,500 homes across several unique developments, with significant growth ahead.
