A leading consultancy specialising in neighbourly matters is looking to appoint a Rights of Light Surveyor or Senior Rights of Light Surveyor to join its growing London based team. Operating from a Central London office with hybrid working, this firm is well known for advising on some of the most complex and high profile developments in London and nationally.
The business continues to grow at pace, with the Rights of Light team expanding alongside the wider firm. With ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond, this represents an excellent time to join and be part of a consultancy investing heavily in its people and future capability.
Recent successful hires into related teams, including Party Wall, further demonstrate the firms momentum and commitment to long term growth.
You will be involved in projects for a strong and established client base, working on large scale, high value developments. The role offers exposure to some of the most recognised schemes in London, with the opportunity to support projects across the UK as experience and interest develop.
