A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Bingham to oversee an £82m new build project. The successful candidate will handle project delivery, ensuring safety, budget controls, and quality standards. Essential skills include project delivery track record and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An experienced Site Manager with an internal or finishing trade background is required by Willmott Dixon to initially work on an £82m new build scheme before moving onto other projects in the Coventry area thereafter.
Reporting to the Construction Manager the successful candidate will manage the delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
