A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Finance to manage capital raising, project financing, and strategic financial planning. You will collaborate with the executive team and external investors to drive funding strategies and evaluate growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in corporate finance, particularly in energy infrastructure, and excels in financial modeling and negotiation skills.
Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy developer with a diversified portfolio of solar, wind, biogas and hybrid energy assets across multiple geographies. With an active pipeline of greenfield and late-stage development projects, as well as operating assets generating stable cashflows, the company is expanding its corporate finance and capital markets capabilities to support accelerated growth.
The Vice President, Corporate Finance will lead capital raising, structured finance, project financing, and strategic financial planning activities for the business. This is a senior role responsible for driving funding strategy across the platform, optimising the capital structure, evaluating M&A opportunities, and guiding investment decisions. The VP will work closely with the executive team, board, development leads, and external investors to ensure the company is well-capitalised to meet its growth ambitions.
