This role would suit a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a strong background in new homes who can deliver an exceptional buyer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Managing the full sales process on-site
- Delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets
- Conducting viewings and managing reservations
- Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and internal teams
- Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately
- Representing the developer professionally at all times
