Job Description: Do you have experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, and seeking your next career move?

We are working on an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the team at a leading financial services firm. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the delivery of innovative financial products and services.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, fintech)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III, GDPR) is a plus
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
• Analyse and interpret complex data to support business decisions
• Develop process models, workflows, and use cases
• Support project delivery teams with clear and actionable insights
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and business goals
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations
