Our client is a local contractor based in West Yorkshire, they are seeking to expand their close-knit team by recruiting an experienced Estimator.

Specialising in commercial builds and refurbishments with project values up to £2m, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing and analysing cost estimates, ensuring projects are financially viable from the outset, and providing essential support to the project management team to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, particularly in commercial builds and refurbs.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation procedures and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other project documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of work quality.
