Carrington West is pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Valuations Surveyor on behalf of a London borough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an interim surveyor with strong valuation experience to support a specialist area of work.

Role Overview

You will lead on valuations related to lease extensions—both statutory and voluntary. While experience in statutory valuations is advantageous, the council can provide training for the right candidate, as long as you have strong core valuation skills. Additional disposals work may also be included.
