Qualifications

• Experience in stock condition surveying.
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system required.
• Must be able to efficiently use technology for conducting surveys.

Responsibilities

• Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
• Assess the remaining lifespan of key components in properties.
• Carry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day.
