- You will be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team.
- Your top priority will be to look after all of the guests in your section — following the steps of service, giving recommendations, upselling and processing payments.
- You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails.
- You will be opening and closing the floor.
- You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the floor.
- You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day!

- Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- £16.71 per hour + Tronc Point.
- 5 days working week with 2 consecutive days off.
