Zusammenfassung
A leading gourmet entertainment company in London is seeking a Bartender to provide high-level hospitality to lounge customers. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, managing bar operations, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of bartending experience, excel in customer service, and work well in a team. This full-time position offers competitive pay at £13.50 per hour and various employee benefits including meals and training opportunities.

- Minimum 2 years bartending experience.

Aufgaben
- Meet and greet lounge customers offering the highest level of hospitality.
- Maintain opening and closing of the bar for each shift.
- Make beverages and cocktails as needed.
- Maintain the coffee machines and bar stock control.
Kenntnisse
- Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
- Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift
- Make coffees, beverages, cocktails and mixed drinks
- Maintain the coffee machines
- Knowledge of food products offered in the lounge
- Maintain bar stock control documentation
- Clean up the entire bar area including floor counters and cupboards
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great team player
- Attention to detail and ability to work fast under pressure
- Self‑motivated attitude
- Confident working in a team
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility in work availability, as the lounge operates 7 days a week including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Right to work in the UK
