Job summary
A UK airline is seeking experienced Captains for direct entry positions across various bases. Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations of aircraft and crew during flights. Required qualifications include a Full ATPL and a current Class 1 Medical. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £72,425 to £89,210, with additional sector pay, flexible working options, and generous leave policies.

As a Captain, you’ll hold full responsibility for the safety, security, and operation of the aircraft, its crew, and passengers, from the moment you arrive at the aircraft until engines shut down post‑flight. Your leadership and judgment will be key in ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and in line with both regulatory and company standards.
- Full ATPL (UK CAA) with a current Class 1 Medical.
- Currently or recently operated in command on a multi‑crew aircraft (MTOW >10t or 19+ pax).
- Valid Type Rating on one of our fleet.
- Basic Salary: £72,425 – £89,210
- Sector Pay: £5,500 – £8,000 per year (increases with number of sectors)
- 100% pay from day one of induction – no training rate
- Home almost every night
- Rosters published over 8 weeks in advance
- Flexible/Part Time working options
- 4 Golden Days off annually, guaranteed days outside of annual leave
