Job Title: Project Manager – Transformation (Broadband Operations)

Location: Ipswich (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

We’re supporting a major transformation programme within Broadband operations, and our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a short-term but high-impact initiative focused on streamlining and automating operational support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of the Broadband operations structure, focusing on efficiency and automation.
• Drive the implementation of a new, leaner organisational model.
• Oversee the integration of automation tools to enhance support and monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of changes.
• Mentor and support a junior Project Manager who will be shadowing and learning throughout the engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience delivering transformation projects within large-scale operational environments.
• Strong background in organisational change, automation, and process improvement.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular presence in Ipswich.
• A natural mentor, keen to support the development of junior talent.
