We are seeking an on-siteWintel Engineer, providing support for one of our key public sector clients. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, focused on the support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Due to the customer requirements successful applicants must be eligible for high level UK Security clearance and DV.
Location: Reading
The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team of support engineers providing technical infrastructure support. The role will require a flexible working ethic and a pragmatic approach to IT support. Successful candidates will have a second/third line support background and great customer service and communication skills. They will have a keen interest in innovation alongside a willingness to implement new ways of working and automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. professional-level certification(s) in work field. Typically 5-10 years of relevant experience.
