Blankstate is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Content Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a lean startup developing an innovative solution using proprietary self-supervised approach to modelling interaction world models for organisations.

We're not just looking for a content creator; we need a strategic partner to help shape our global marketing strategy. As we prepare to emerge towards a next step, you will be instrumental in defining our narrative across different regions. The ideal candidate is a strategic doer who leverages automation as a core working principle to execute efficiently and scale our content engine.

• Global Content Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-regional content strategy that defines our market positioning. Leverage Gen AI for everything from content creation and personalization to strategic market analysis.
• Multimedia Production: Produce impactful videos, animations, and visual content for marketing campaigns and product showcases.
• Web Management: Manage and update our sites content, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and high-quality.
• Efficient Execution: Use automation tools like n8n or Make to build and maintain efficient workflows for content distribution, social media management, and marketing operations.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Graphic Design: Design basic graphic elements such as icons, banners, and marketing visuals as needed.

🎓 About You

• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in content creation, content strategy, or digital marketing, preferably within a tech or startup environment.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written & spoken).
• Location: Based in the UK (London preferred).
• GenAI Expertise: Familiar with the Generative AI landscape (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly) and experimented with newer AI tools like Google Flow. You have demonstrable experience in prompt engineering and applying AI strategically to solve business problems.

Technical & Design Skills:

• Design: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Video: Skilled with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Web: Strong grasp of CMS. Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles are essential.
• Startup Mentality: You are a proactive, hands‑on operator who can think strategically and execute meticulously. You thrive in a lean environment and are comfortable managing projects from concept to completion.
