Job summary
A leading training provider in the UK seeks a Trainee Early Years Assessor to manage a caseload of apprenticeship learners. This full-time, home-based role offers a salary of £27k-£30k, with excellent benefits, including life insurance and tax-free bonuses. Candidates must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and relevant management experience. Flexible working hours with no evenings or weekends required.

- Visiting learners at their place of work in Plymouth and the surrounding area.

Essential - You must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role.
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
Full training and qualifications (TAQA) are fully funded and provided by the employer.

- A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Plymouth and the surrounding area
