Duties

• Conduct comprehensive physical inspections and desktop assessments of damaged vehicles
• Produce accurate repair estimates using Audatex or similar software
• Prepare and submit reports to insurance companies
• Carry out audits to ensure safe and compliant repair methodologies
• Create job cards for workshop teams and support the estimating department
• Liaise professionally with insurance adjusters, engineers, and policyholders
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with care and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
• Knowledge of accident damage assessment and repair estimating processes
• Proficiency with Audatex or similar estimating software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Experience working within a bodyshop or collision repair environment is preferred
• Full UK driving licence; HGV licence beneficial but not essential
• Positive team attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to work full‑time hours Monday to Friday
