They are seeking a qualified Energy Assessor to join their team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct SBEM, SAP, and EPC assessments for residential and commercial properties
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports in line with Part L and other relevant building regulations
  • Carry out IESVE modelling and overheating analysis where required
  • Advise clients on energy efficiency and sustainability measures
  • Maintain accurate records and project documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery
Essential Criteria
  • Qualified Level 3 or Level 4 Energy Assessor (Non-Domestic or Domestic)
  • Experience in SBEM, SAP, or EPC calculations
  • Knowledge of Part L compliance and relevant building regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical reporting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with IESVE modelling or overheating analysis
  • BREEAM or similar sustainability accreditation
  • Project management experience or supporting large-scale developments
