Job Title – Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor

Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum

Location – GU14

Contract Type – Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aircraft Engineering Coach/Assessor to join our dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of Aircraft Engineers. Role Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality training and assessment in Aircraft Engineering.
  • Support effective learning to promote high levels of student achievement and retention.
  • Assess learners both in college and in the workplace alongside their employers.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the department.
  • Inspire and motivate learners to achieve their goals and develop their technical expertise.
Essential Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Aeronautical/Aviation Engineering.
  • Proven industry experience within Aircraft Engineering.
Desirable Requirements
  • A1 or V1 Assessor Award (or equivalent). (If you don't currently hold this qualification, full training and funding will be provided.)
