A recruitment agency is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage recruitment processes effectively. The successful candidate will provide advice on job adverts, conduct pre-employment checks, and represent the Council at events. - Manage recruitment processes and personal caseloads.
- Provide advice on writing job adverts and selecting candidates.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and process DBS checks.
- Answer employment-related questions and issue contracts.
- Advertise vacancies through various channels including social media.
- Verify work eligibility, references, and medical documents.
- Represent the Council at job fairs and events.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Council.

- HR/Recruitment qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and vetting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and using AI tools.
- Ability to work with managers at different levels.
- Experience with internal recruitment in fast-paced settings.
- Experience using Tribepad.
- Ability to work two flexible hybrid days.
- Experience representing organizations at job fairs.
- Experience as a brand ambassador.
