A leading membership organization in the UK seeks a Membership Executive to lead recruitment and engage with members. The ideal candidate will have experience in membership or recruitment, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, managing accreditation, and understanding member needs. Location: Office-based role in the City of London with some working from home (typically onsite Tuesday-Thursday, with flexibility required)

This role will suit an ambitious, engaging and proactive individual with some membership / recruitment experience who is motivated by working in a complex and fast-paced environment. The role involves promoting the benefits of IFT membership, actively engaging with potential candidates, engaging with existing members, managing a pipeline of candidates and accrediting candidates.
You will be working with a small high performing and friendly team who are busy supporting senior and smart business leaders by providing unparalleled accreditation, professional development, knowledge and networking opportunities and advocacy for turnaround excellence.
