• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit, with experience producing detailed technical information.
• Experience within either the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sectors.

Position: Architectural Technologist

Location: Altrincham

Salary: Up to £50,000 + hybrid working + 1pm finish on a Friday

Following recent project wins, our client, an award-winning Architectural practice, are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their Altrincham office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing exceptional projects either in the Educational, Leisure or Extra Care sector.

The successful Architectural Technologist will join a supportive, design lead and specialist team to work on projects ranging up to £100m in project value, using Revit daily. The role will involve producing drawings, technical designs and specifications to support design development. Produce detailed drawings, technical designs, specifications and schedules using Revit to support projects from design development through to construction
Develop and manage designs, ensuring accuracy, coordination and compliance with project standards
Prepare technical information packages for planning, tender and construction stages
Coordinate technical information across disciplines, identifying and resolving design and construction issues
Work closely with the wider technical team
Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to support smooth project delivery
Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations, industry standards and best practiceArchitectural Technologist Position Requirements:
