A leading engineering supplier in the UK is seeking a Trainee Service Engineer. You will provide electrical and mechanical repair and maintenance on compressed air equipment at customer sites across the Midlands. The ideal candidate should possess a mechanical or electrical qualification and demonstrate a willingness to learn. This role offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000, with additional benefits including a company van and pension.
Trainee Service Engineer / Graduate Service Engineer / Junior Service Engineer required to join a leading engineering supplier.
The Successful Trainee Service Engineer / Graduate Service Engineer / Junior Service Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical repair, service, fault finding and maintenance on compressed air equipment including compressors, and compressed air filtration products at customer sites across the Midlands with occasional travel across the UK. Full product training provided.
The Trainee Service Engineer / Graduate Service Engineer / Junior Service Engineer will ideally have hands‑on experience or knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity in electromechanical servicing, fault finding and systems troubleshooting or a Mechanical or electrical qualification, apprentice trained, FGas, NVQ level 3, city & guilds, HNC, HND or similar.
