A leading IT support company in the UK is looking for an IT Support Apprentice. This position offers a salary of £18,000 per annum with opportunities for progression upon completion of the apprenticeship. You will support computer hardware and ICT systems for local schools and businesses. Essential skills include good communication and customer service abilities, along with GCSE qualifications in English and maths. A driver's licence is also required for client visits.

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be studying towards a level three ICT Support Technician apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is 22 months in length and will involve ongoing on‑site training and mentoring from the Rocket Computer Services team combined with 25 days of off‑the‑job training at the PETA training centre in Cosham.
