Senior AML Expert | Governance and Sanctions | London
A high-growth international financial services business is strengthening its UK AML and sanctions framework and is seeking a senior AML professional to play a key role in that evolution.
This position sits at the heart of AML governance, shaping policy, risk assessments and control frameworks while advising on business expansion and product development. You’ll work closely with legal, compliance, product and engineering teams to ensure AML and CTF expectations are embedded in a way that supports innovation rather than slowing it down.
The role is advisory in nature but requires a practical mindset. You’ll influence decision-making at scale and help define how AML operates across a complex international footprint.
Well suited to someone with 5–10 years’ UK AML experience from financial services, consulting, regulatory bodies or legal environments, who enjoys operating with autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure.
