A leading law firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Risk and Best Practice Analyst. The successful candidate will provide technical advisory support on compliance issues relating to SRA Standards and data protection. Responsibilities include managing compliance queries, assisting with audits, and designing training materials. A degree or legal qualification is desirable, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. This role offers opportunities for career development within a collaborative team environment.
We are looking for an additional Risk and Best Practice Analyst to join our Risk and Best Practice Team, reporting into the AML/CMI Manager. The role will provide second line, technical advisory support to the business on all risk and compliance issues and manage risk and compliance registers and records. You will be able to demonstrate an interest in laws and regulations and have excellent knowledge of the core compliance subjects relevant to a law firm, including the SRA Standards and Regulations, data protection and anti-money laundering. Some knowledge of Legal Aid work and quality standards would be advantageous.
