Job summary
A manufacturing firm is seeking a skilled Production Lead / Production Manager to oversee operations at the Kent / Essex Border. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CAD CAM, CNC machine operations, and a solid background in aerospace. This role involves managing the shop floor and leading a team while offering a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience. Location: Kent / Essex Border
Our client is looking to recruit Production Lead / Production Manager to join their team located on the Kent / Essex Border.
As Production Lead / Production Manager you should have experience of CAD CAM and in-house drawings, Aerospace, and be able to set and run CNC Machines. Supervisor/ Lead experience and willingness to teach and oversee running of our clients shop floor.
- 4 day week
- 16 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Working hours Monday to Thursday (Apply online only); 37‑hour week (15‑minute paid break and 30‑minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
