We are seeking an experienced Composite Inspector to join one of our prestigious Formula One clients on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision across composite components used in high-performance motorsport applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect composite components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform dimensional checks using Polyworks software.
  • Apply GD&T principles to verify component accuracy.
  • Document inspection results and report any non‑conformances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Composite Inspector within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high‑performance industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Polyworks for 3D measurement and analysis.
  • Solid understanding and application of GD&T principles.
  • Ability to work across any shift pattern, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable
  • Familiarity with composite manufacturing processes.
  • Previous experience in Formula One or elite motorsport environments.
