We're currently looking for Clinical Site Coordinator Nurse (Band 6 equivalent) to join our highly skilled team of health care professionals. Join our care team and never look back with one of the most rewarding careers in the industry.

As Clinical Site Coordinator, you will provide leadership and management to the care team to ensure effective delivery of care for the life limited and life threatened children and young adults in our care, whether they are with us for a relaxing respite stay, emergency care, symptom control or for end of life care, across both Naomi House & Jacksplace.

You will be working across all teams to ensure a high standard of individualised care is provided, from providing clinical leadership to staff; to promoting empowerment, advocacy and partnership for children, young adults and families; to supporting the Practice Education team to embed evidence based nursing care; to recognising the need for psychological support and working alongside our Family Support Team.
