• This thriving firm have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join their growing team.
• Applications are sought from Industrial Disease Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• This impressive team are experts in compensation claims and specialise in industrial disease to include, but not limited to, hearing loss and military hearing loss, asbestos claims and vibration white finger claims.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files, with minimal supervision.
• Aspects of the job include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
