This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer with a keen interest in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on a varied caseload and gain hands-on exposure from day one, with strong mentoring and professional growth on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Drafting legal documents and managing caseloads with care and accuracy
- Supporting estate planning and trust management
- Handling inheritance tax and estate administration matters
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
