Overview

Applications are invited for the posts of HGV Collection and Delivery Driver (Yardperson) for Mertrux.

This is a full time position and will be based at Mertrux Derby. Mertrux is the leading Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Commercial Vehicle Dealer in the East Midlands. Responsibilities

• Reporting to the After Sales Manager, your main duties will include, collection & delivery of vehicles from customer’s premises, organising the yard of customer vehicles (van/truck) and to ensure the correct vehicles are available for the Technicians to work on at the right time.

Requirements

• We are looking for a fully qualified driver who has had previous experience of working in a Commercial Vehicle or transport environment.
• You need to be honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and be able to drive vehicles up to and including HGV Class 1.
• HGV C+E (Class 1) is Essential
• Previous HGV Driving Experience is Essential
• Fork Lift License is Desirable

14.30 – 23:00 Monday to Thursday | 13.30 – 21.00 Friday
